Happened upon this restaurant and holy smokes! ???? our waitress was great, we told her it was our first time and she explained... that they are known for their brisket, especially the burnt ends. I had the Beef on Wrek and my son got the Pick Two. My oh my!We all raved about our meals. We want to go back and hope we end up in Surprise again so we can! This place is fun and a great place to unwind after work and grab a beer, burger, wood fired pizza or appetizers. Savannah was... our waitress and she is awesome! Very large menu of options and she knew how to navigate it really well. I would have taken apic of the burger but I was too preoccupied with cramming it down my face! ???? The fried pickles needed to be a little more crunchy for my liking but they were not bad. The brisket poutine fries were good.... The fries stayed nice and crispy. The burnt ends were surprisingly tender. The brisket on the other hand was pretty dry. Thepotato salad tasted home made. The dessert was wonderfully flavored but the chips were a little on the burnt end. Best thing ofthe night was the Mac and cheese. I?ll be back, hoping for some tender brisket! 1000th review and its easy to see why. The burger and pulled pork were perfect. Blt was great. The only item that was lacking... a small amount was the Mac n cheese . We have gone here a few times. Always happens to be busy, but the staff is always pleasant and attentive. They are patient with... our children with ordering and the food for the most part is on par. I don't care for their version of taco salad but the burntends and the blaze burger are amazing. I'm not afraid to try anything new on their menu. The adult beverages have always hit thespot! Went here to watch a Bills game recently. Bills Wild West Backers has made this their home for the 2021 season. Great place to... watch the game! Lots of TVs everywhere! Pretty large restaurant with plenty of seating and a good size bar area. Even thoughthey were quite busy, our food still arrived pretty quickly and our server was great. Looking forward to going back for moregames and trying some more of the menu, which has a wide variety of items. Quite a few different types of pizza and wings andlots of other stuff too. Read more
