The menu seems small at first but the choices are quality and cover all the bases so you're not really left needing or wanting... or even thinking about anything. More. Service was quick, the lady behind the counter that helped me was very cheerful andfriendly and helpful as this is my first time in there and had a few questions, and the place looks pretty cool inside. I meanit's nothing crazy special but it's a good coffee house to plop down and get some work done or even maybe strike up a chat withsomeone. Basic minimalistic decor but looks good. Read more

This place is great! We were out visiting a friend and decided to pop by this place for coffee in the morning. I ordered a... breve with sugar free hazelnut. Soooo good and the temp was perfect! The hubs had the Irish coffee and I must say that was yum,too! He asked for a professional opinion from the person who took our order and she definitely knew her stuff. When people inthe service industry know their product, that always goes a long way with the actual quality of service (so thank you!). Wewent back in the afternoon for iced coffees and they did not disappoint! Stopped by this morning for some coffee for the roadand since it's Father's Day...turns out they are gifting dads free medium coffees - sweet! Everyone we interacted with is supernice and we hope that this is the experience at every store because we are hooked! Read more
I am obsessed with this coffee Bar, i am from Cali and when i visited my sister a couple of months ago she told me that this... place has amazing coffee and that day I ordered twice since staying with her. Yes i love coffee and i love Irish coffee theyhave! The taste is perfect for my taste buds, not too sweet or too bitter! But it also depends who makes it, so i hope it'sdelicious all the time. Customer service, since I'm always on the go i do take the drive thru, never pack when i go andcustomer service seems good. All my life i have done customer service and i take it very seriously with others and how i treatothers who are in that position because I GET IT! I understand how some people are rude to employees, and vice versa. Overall,don't be rude at all...employees to customers or customers to employees! Yes it's a business and getting customer service makesthe place stand out, but think about what employees go through from day to day! If it sounds like an employee is having a roughday, ask how their day is. Or giving them a compliment can change someone's day! Again it goes both ways! Think about it.... Read more

First time at Black Rock Coffee and really enjoyed it. The flavor of the coffee is very different from other establishments,... which we really liked. You can actually taste the coffee in the drink and it isn't just a big sweet and milky drink, like othercoffee shops. They actually use espresso shots in their blended drinks. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the cinnamon rolls, itwas not good. It didn't taste like cinnamon, the crust/roll was very savory and almost salty instead of sweet like traditionalcinnamon rolls and it had raisins. Just not for me but other might really enjoy it. The decor inside is really pretty. The drivethru line was insanely long so we opted to go inside. The service was good and the wait inside wasn't too long. Overall Irecommend it. Read more
