I love this Barro?s location, but the reason it?s being given 4 stars is simply due to the manager. Being in thr restaurant... industry in the past, it?s understandable that the kitchen gets backed up and busy. However, it?s tacky when you?re sitting inthe lobby waiting and hearing the female manager yell at her employee?s and act passive aggressive towards them. You could seeon the employee?s faces that this bothered them, but they were able to recoup and give great service. 5/5 for the team, -100 forthe manager. Read more
Been coming here for years, never had to wait almost an hr and a half for a large pizza and wings. That?s happened the last two... times. Especially upsetting when the prices have shot up. Nobody even apologizes for the wait, I guess it?s normal now to tellpeople 30minutes on the phone then have them wait around. Read more
We're constantly ordering delivery from here to Mark Anthony Brewing, and the drivers are always exactly on-time and very... friendly. Our pizza is always piping hot still by the time we get it into the break room, and the quality is always consistent.We've never had an issue with our order. Read more
Going to make some folks mad, but sorry - Best Value and Quality on wings! Cost just as much as anyone else, and they are... huge! Love pizza too, just a touch pricey and their delivery service is hit or miss on timing. Read more
Our first time in Phoenix AZ, this place was recommended to me for pizza, it was really good Pizza.
This is my second time here. The service is real slow because they are so busy. So if they say 25 minutes you can figure 45. Why... they are so busy I cannot figure out. Pizza has a lot of flavor but the dough is so so. Cheese bread was just ok. Too many otherpizza places to try. Read more

So I just drive in from Yuma. So much traffic and I saw Barros so I thought I would stop in. Never have been here before; I had... heard it was a great place to get pizza. I walked in and saw tables so I figured I would have something here. I just started tolook at the menu and immediately the server asked me what I wanted. I told her I?d never been here before and I just needed aminute to choose from the billboard. I noticed there was a lunch special section but nothing for like a dinner. I asked if theyhad by the slice selection for dinner. The young lady asked her manager who did not even acknowledge my presence and saidsomething I couldn?t hear. I asked if there was availability for a slice as I noticed pizza slices in the warmer. The managerdidn?t even look at me and said yes as she hurried in her way. The young lady asked me if I wanted anything else. I said, I seeyou have salad fixings here, do you have Cesar salad? She said no ma?am. No offer of anything else. I felt I was an intrusion.The girl put my pizza in a box, not even asking if I wanted to eat it there or not, and she cashed me out. So I took the pizzato a back table and ate there. The pizza is good. The at O sphere in the dining room is fine. I had told the lady that I came infrom Yuma and we didn?t have a Barros there. She said, oh really? That?s all you get apparently.
