Inconsistent with the flavor of the wings. ATL style was once spicy and last time we came in it was more bland. Not very tidy... on the inside and you can tell the employees do not care. Drink station was a mess and every table had crumbs or spillage fromprevious customers and we had only 1 other person in there dining in with us. Typical teenager attitude with service andresponses when you order. I am not looking to be nurtured but I do not need kids to respond like they are annoyed they havecustomers. I was never impressed with ATL Wings under the old management, so I quit eating there. When I saw the banner "Under New... Management" I thought I would give it another try. I wasn't disappointed. Service from Angelica was friendly and cheerful andthe wings were very good. Cooked to perfection. Read more
After being closed for business for a while, saw the sign go up that says ?Now Open. Under new management.? I was very excited... to try it as I?ve tried other ATL Wing locations. I was very disappointed by this location. Under new management but there wasno management to be found on a Saturday.. Customer service was horrible. Staff said there was no carbonation for the sodafountain but they were still selling drinks and would not give refund. The floors were sticky, the tables were dirty. Tookforever to get my food and once I got home with it, saw that the food was not packaged right so the entire inside of the bag wascovered with the different wing sauces. Horrible experience. 35th Ave and Thunderbird will always be the best but this new location I'm not sure about the tables were filthy the 2 staff... members I saw weren't the most customer friendly my friends wings were not up to par.... Hopefully a different day differentstaff will make our next experience better Read more
Date night with my lady! ATL has been closed for several months, they R back! I ordered the 6 piece traditional with the Suns... special sauce, yummy. My wife ordered the ATL style sauce she said it was very flavorful and the wings were cooked perfect. Weboth enjoyed the fries and ordered the deep fried biscuits they were the perfect treat. My wings had specific instructions to be cooked crispy. Not only were they NOT crispy but they were a ?wet? lemon pepper dry... rub, took over an hour to be ready, so of course they weren?t hot, and they tasted worse than Tyson?s frozen wings. Actually,Tyson?s tasted better and that was an insult to them. I don?t know who is running this establishment but it?s the worst ATL inthe Valley. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Read more
There?s several reviews noting the lack of customer service, but I placed an online order and had no issues. The online menu is... easy to order from, giving you options to split sauces, add extra ranch, get your wings extra crispy and even requesting allflats or drums. The price averages out to about a dollar per wing, and relative to the wing options out here in Surprise, theseare definitely amongst the best. The only rival would be Booty?s. The wings are perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy insideand sauced right! I haven?t ordered from inside and waited, but placing the order and choosing a pick up time has workflawlessly for me and has been well worth it! Read more
11/19/22 orders 84 wings online with fries and biscuits. Took about an hr which I understand with that many wings is typical. We... arrived and gentlemen asked if we were picking up, said it would be right out, we asked if he could make sure they were labeleddue to past experience not being labeled correctly. Lady came out with 3 bags and the wings that were not labeled. She processedto state they were busy and had a little attitude but went in the back to label. Came out and we checked the rest of order andwere missing fries. While waiting for those I double checked our wings and they were labeled incorrectly with some flavors weordered missing. Brought the bags back up to the counter and proceeded to tell the lady and she said she wasn?t in the back soshe didn?t know or couldn?t open the foil containers. I had taken the tips off the containers to see which flavors were what andthen asked for a cook to help to know what flavors were what. She then proceeded to tell me she can?t get them. We asked formanger and she was not there nor was allowed to call the manager. We then asked for a full refund and had to ask for a paperreceipt which she originally refused. Tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since under new management but still thesame ole ways. What a waste of 84 wings and 1hr 15 min just because they don?t know how to label their product we originallyspent $132 wait wa waste of time.. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. Read more
