This is a new Arby's that just opened up by me. The staff were all very friendly. My first experience was very positive. I... ordered a turnover through the drive thru and then realized I had forgotten my wallet. When I got to the window, I apologizedand said I will have to come back and that they can keep my order. The Manager gave it to me anyways. I really appreciated that!My next visit, I went inside. I ordered a 1/2 lb French dip and it was delicious! I will be returning. Read more
I just got off work after a 10.5 hour shift. My comute home is 2 hours. I was starving and just tired out. I didn't catch the... lady's at the registers name. She is a little older with pigtails. She is the most nicest, welcoming, and friendly lady I've hadthe pleasure of speaking to in a long time. We need more people like her. I appreciate her and this Arby's. Food was good. Waited about 25 min for my food. No biggie, I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich, which I?ve been craving for... quite some time. When I got home they made it with Dijon mustard and regular mayo. It wasn?t bad. Have visited now around five times since they opened. The crew does have some growing pains getting a rythm, but the negative... reviews are a bit suspect coming from people who have only a couple of other reviews. Take those with a grain of salt. I wentduring the lunch rush today and 6 cars back from the speaker when I pulled up. I was through the drive through with an order oftwo combo meals in about 15 minutes. Are some places quicker? Probably, but to move 8 cars in that time means a per car averageof under two minutes each which is about average at a drive through restaurant. My food was hot and to my order specs. The guyat the window was very friendly and loaded me up on sauce when I asked for a couple of packets. So... Why four stars instead offive? On average the curly fries have been on the over done side. It seems to be getting better, but they still wind up beingbasically burnt. Read more
