Used to come here all the time with little issues here and there, but they were resolved, food was decent. They have a new... online ordering system that is horrible. It goes off of Central time so it takes an extra hour. Even though the manager can seethe order on my phone and say they've had this problem before, won't just make the food. She said she has to wait to recieve theorder on their screen. So why didn't they have the order 30 min after it was placed? And now tell us to wait 45 min for it to beready. Not sure if the manager doesn't know how to handle situations that come up or if corporate won't let them, but we won'tbe using this anymore. Read more

No silverware when we received our salad. After asking we were given a fork. Then the main meal came again no silverware had to... wait over 10 minutes for utensils. Ordered water never received. Worst dining experience in a very long time. Barely no where to start, ignored by host, tried to seat our 6 people at 2... different tables, unbearably slow service, air contioner "broken on" and everyone around us freezing to death, and wife throwingup 5 minutes after leaving. Grossly neglected by any form of management. I believe the staff was trying to work hard but had noknowledge, training, guidance, or direction. Read more
Very disappointed. Took my grandpa to dinner for his birthday tonight. Usually aren?t the people to write a review but feel we... need to after tonight. Our server was Miya, do not get her as your server, it took 40 minutes for us to get our bar drinks whichwe saw sitting at the bartop we ordered, and then our food order was all messed up. She never brought us anything and the storewas not busy at all. She had 3 tables when we walked in and down to just us. The manager Eric and the server marissa wereamazing. She helped us send our food back and get it right. She also apologized but we weren?t even her table! Something haschanged with the kitchen, the food didn?t taste fresh like it usually does. Ok have been dining here for the past few weekends. I go for the blackened salmon dish. It didn't taste fresh. It tasted like it... had been sitting with the tacos. This weekend wasn't the good experience I've been receiving lately. Mac and cheese was dry withtwo whole pieces of bacon just threw on top. Even the dish it came in was different. They forgot the shrimp and the wontonchicken tacos didn't taste or look the same. Very disappointed for all the money that was spent. Read more
I don't know if something about them has changed or my taste buds have changed, but honestly their food wasn't the same that I... was used to. There wasn't a lot of flavor and my chicken was to the touch could only a southwest bowl. The cheese dip took 20minutes to get out and was inedible for 5 minutes due to temperature hotness. It was so hot it was steaming. My brother likedhis fettuccine but he was the only one that enjoyed their dish. Everyone else didn't finish. The waitress was kind andattentive, at first all over the place but finding out more about her, finding out she has some life stuff pulling bothdirections. So she had the twisties made you understand more and know she was trying her best. Again, not sure why, but justwasn't the same. Read more
