Super disappointed. Food is good. But not good enough to overcome the transgressions. Our first order was great except for the... metal d ring in my food. I called and got a "oh gosh" and that was it. No apology. Period. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.Hubby went in for a basket of fries. Listed on the menu at 5.99 He was charged for a $9 appetizer. Not a dive bar. Not a tourist bar. It's somewhere in between. Burgers are excellent. Appetizers are good. Wait staff is fun.... Sometimes the drinks are not what is expected. But they're happy to remake or add to make you happy. Live music X2 (upstairs anddownstairs) is amazing. Great outside bar downstairs. Inside bar and grill upstairs with an outside deck. Awesome atmosphere! Very fun. Our first visit to Galveston and we were on the hunt for food. This place popped up on the map... so our family of four checked it out and we were not disappointed. Good music, great energy from the customers, friendly staff.Pool tables, arcade machines, great murals painted on the walls. The menu is limited to burgers and wings, bar food basically,but they were great! Fries were really good! Better than expected. We will be going back again! No minors after 9PM. Read more
Bar staff was awesome , Karaoke host if you can sing turns your Mike down , yells at you if you try to hear your voice , I have... been a Karaoke host for 10 years and he definitely felt threatened. Told me I was going to blow out his tweeter , meanwhile aguy was swinging the microphone by the cord and the Mic came lose hitting the ground , he said well not sure how he ejected themic but my mic will survive give him a hand folks ?.. What a pleasant surprise to find such good food, excellent service, and REASONABLE prices at a beach restaurant. My husband said... it best when he said he was completely satisfied after our lunch. Fun ambiance and pet friendly, would recommend and definitelyreturn. Read more
