I go to this KFC a few times do to how close it is to my workplace. I've had my order made wrong multiple times. One of those... times I was rung up for/served nashville hot nuggets instead of the tenders, which could've been solved by simply asking me toclarify "5 piece nashville hot combo" The last trip I made, 20 minutes ago, one of the tenders was cold. I tried to call thestore but received no answer. I know for a fact they're not busy. I'm neutral for service. Neither of us talked much. I'm not afan of the "its a wonderful day at KFC" greeting, but the people who make you say that sort of thing aren't the ones saying itthemselves, so I can't blame the staff. Used to be good..family bucket we got the biscuits were like rocks, mashed potatoes had barely any gravy, & chicken skin wasn't... crispy upon further inspection inside of chicken was still raw. $28 for coleslaw???? Read more
The nice kid working tonight- Saturday 9/24 around closing time was super nice to my son who kept saying he wanted a ?house?... with his meal. He made him one and my 3 year old was ecstatic. Give this boy a raise! Read more
Horrible hard biscuits, chicken and skin was raw, mac and cheese was gummy, barely any gravy with mashed potatoes only coleslaw... was edible. Threw $28 family dinner away and had PBJ sandwhichs instead. Don't bother.. Read more
Used the drive thru and they were fast. The chicken was fresh and delicious. Service was excellent!
Would?ve vote 0 stars if able. I have gone in only twice now to pick up some orders Needing to be delivered and experienced... absolutely horrible customer service. Several employees in the back we?re loudly complaining about DoorDash orders and driversthere were currently only two drivers, quietly and patiently waiting for the food and he was loudly yelling negative phrases.What a miserable place to work at, I can?t imagine how miserable everybody in that restaurant is. Whoever?s in there now needsto be cleaned out and replaced. Sadly it?s only the rotten people who want to work nowadays. I ordered my food online. When I walked in, the employees told me that they didn't sell bottled water. An older man told ne to... some other drink. I told him that I only drink water. I asked him to credit my order for the amount of the water. A young manthen started talking. He said they never sold bottled water. I told him it's on the online menu. He said (in a rude tone) thatthere are a lot of things on the online menu that don't sell. He said if I want my money back to look up the 1-800 number. I cannot believe that they don't have the capability to refund the amount that I have to do all the work to get it back. While I waswaiting in the parking lot, I noticed no one came to the restaurant, and no customers were inside. I now know why. Don't gounless you want to be talked down to. Read more
