Service was not the best, we got seated and told another server will be with us. A couple walked in behind us and got seated and... got their drinks and order in before we even saw our server. I asked for my burger well done it was more medium well. Fries areoverly salted. The kids meals are cute. It?s not the worst food I?ve had but far from the best. First off, she?s a... straight A high school student who will be taking college courses this year. She doesn?t need to work, by the grace of God, Ican provide what she may need. Second of all, sorry you didn?t get treated like royalty at a burger joint. To call out a persontrying to learn how the world works is ridiculous. Speak to a manager or them directly. Maybe they?re not trained properly,whatever the reason, I want to personally thank you for showing her that there are a lot of a#%%~|^s in this world and we can?tlet them get to us. Shame on you. Food was good, hwy 55 is what we always look forward to eating when visiting NC. After this experience we will not be back at... this location! Our waitress, Camille as listed on our receipt was not very attentive during our meal with refills or anythingfor that matter. After we had been done eating for 10-15 mins with our table cleared we never got a ticket. She seemed to begoing around to every table around us checking in. Then after my husband had to go up and let them know he was ready to pay,they charged us for a full kids meal, when all our child got was a hot dog. No fries or drink. Other thing I noticed is thatseveral tables had trash piled up for the entire stay that we were there. I understand during rushes that things can get hectic,but it was not busy at all and several of the wait staff were just socializing with each other. I know for a fact this is notthe ethics of the Hwy 55 establishment. I hope that they can improved on some things here. Read more

The shrimp po' boy was awesome, loaded with shrimp and great flavor. The tots are yummy too! Will definitely be back!

One of my favs for the double cheeseburger or chicken Philly. Best tots around or you can get fries. Service quick and all... high school/college age girls are friendly and efficient. Great spot for burgers & dogs. They have other items but I neverget past my favs. Read more
