Dominos is consistent. It?s a chain and the food is hard to mess up. During the summer season, delivery times are long (which is... to be expected) HOWEVER - my one star review comes from the delivery drivers lack of professionalism while driving. My cousinand I went on a walk. She was pushing her infant in the stroller and I am very obviously pregnant. The delivery driver saw uscrossing the street (I made eye contact with the kid) and almost hit us. Another bystander saw what happened and yelled at thedriver. We called the store to let them know what happened but there was no manager on duty and the teenager who answered thephone could not have cared less. Yikes. If you want good pizza, order from Michaelangelos. Unlike Dominos of Surf City, theyrequire a valid license to be a delivery driver ???? Read more
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... We paid 55 dollars for food and when we received it we realized we never got a sandwich. I called... the store and a woman named lexi answered and she had a terrible attitude. She said they called three times and we answeredonce. WE RECEIVED NO PHONE CALLS. website said they were out of pasta. The website was wrong. They had pasta but no sandwiches.This is my first time writing a review but not the first time i have had problems with food and customer service issues at thisexact location.. Ordered carry out online at 6:20. Email said it would be ready at 7:00-7:09. Got to the store at 7:00 and the board said it... would be ready in 15 minutes. Its now 7:22 and the board says it's going to be 20 minutes and the staff tells me it's going tobe 25. I don't understand how it's possible to be so wrong about the timing so many times on one order. You would think after afew thousand pizzas they would figure out how long it takes to make. Read more
This process was fast and amazingly accurate on the tracking! I orderd food at 11:45 pm and it arrived by 12:10. The food... quality was fantastic and the delivery person went above and beyond to bring things I didn't realize I would need/want! I woulddefinitely recommend to anyone! Read more
IF YOU WANT TO WAIT OVER 2 HOURS FOR 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS FROM A PIZZA PLACE, ORDER HERE. Just HORRIBLE! Ridiculous! Waited over 2... hours, Finally received a phone call saying our order was ?mixed up? so they?d need to remake our order. Waited another hour,NO PIZZAS. We had a vacation rental 11/19 and didn't really know what to do for food. This Dominos was the only thing open. At first we... were kind of disappointed. We had friend food earlier and where thinking of something else. We put in our order over the phoneand sat in the rental car waiting for the food. The folks inside, guessing who we were, came outside and asked if we had anorder in and told us it was done. The kindest people. We were extremely impressed with the quality of the pizza.
