I've historically had terrible experiences at the Duluth location with staff being unprofessional and rude in front of guests,... and the most basic hot and ready being 30 to 45 mins behind. Tonight it was shut down completely prob due to the employmentshortage. Since I had Little Cs on my mind I went ahead & drove over the bridge. It's gone way down hill in the last couple of months. The main manager is rude to her employees. The food is good but you'll... stand in there for 30 minutes well it's being cooked unless you order a plain pepp or cheese because it's the only things theyworry about. Read more
Generally it's your typical Little Caesar's Hot'n'Ready location. It's a relatively convenient location for Superior. The... manager for years there seems to do a consistent good job in her role. Even through years of staff changes she herself and thoseworking for her have almost always maintained a very decent level of courtesy and proper preparation of the brand's products.I'm glad this is the easiest of their locations for us since her team does such a good job Read more
Good food. Fast service. Customer service can be mediocre at times. The hot and ready aged cheddar cups are rarely stocked. Was... given cold cups the last couple times and told I could heat them up myself in the microwave at home. The aged cheddar cupsaren't free and should be ready like everything else in your order. Although they didn't have anything ready at that moment, it was dinner rush so that was to be expected. They had everyone who... was there before me and myself out with our pizzas in about 10 minutes which was awesome! Great pizza as always. Read more
