I read through other reviews and I don?t know where some of those people are going. I come to this store regularly and everyone... is courteous, friendly, and even happy. My orders have always been made quickly and correctly. I wish the app had a peanutbutter option for my English muffin, but that isn?t the fault of the 20-year-old at the drive-thru?. Read more
This isn't this first time I've had an issue here, pulled in the drive thru and ordered 2 vanilla iced coffees, one with cream... and sugar and one with just creame, and a mocha iced coffee. The lady taking the order started with a "what do you want" noteven a hi thanks for stopping. She then initially took the order as 2 carmal iced coffee's. I corrected her saying they weresupposed to be vanilla and she said "oh you want vanilla in those" I said yes both if them. She then said "ok pull around to thewindow" without giving me a total, that happens regular here. Get to the window and I think a manager or some higher up lady wasthere, she had a to go order ready to give me which wasn't mine so I told her my order. I get it and it was 2 carmel icedcoffee's and not vanilla. So I tell the lady and she reads my order back, the order taker never changed it to vanilla. So I sayno they're supposed to be vanilla and she takes them back to remake them kinda huffy. She sends me around front to park andwait, I waited only a few minutes and she brought them out both with sugar. Even though the original order was only one withsugar. Ended up leaving as I didn't want to deal with the huffy manager. Read more
To start out, when the girl comes over the mic and goes "what do you want" is rude, and pulled to the window and continue with... the rudeness. Beyond annoying when getting rushed through trying to order. and then my order is messed up. Oh and free coffeeday apparently they don't know anything about it. Even when you show them the email. And just walks away from the drive throughwindow without even helping you. Read more
This place consistently gets our orders wrong. I order through door dash mainly and 100% of the orders have been wrong. I've... been there in person and they always get the orders wrong. There is something fundamentally wrong with this location and it'smanagement. Read more

Went in cuz the drive thru was packed. I stood at an empty counter for 5 minutes before anyone ever even noticed me. When one... finally saw me, she didn't acknowledge me and just kept about her business. I get it, you're busy, you gotta get things done buta simple hello or hi would suffice. Then, I waited another 5 minutes before she came to the counter. Again, no hello or hi orwelcome Dunkin. She just stood there an looked at me. So, I asked what flavors they had for iced coffee. When she spoke, I couldbarely hear her. I ordered an ice coffee and waited. She made it quickly and set it on the counter. Once again, said nothing! Nothank you or thanks for coming or have a good day! Just gave off the feeling like I wasn't welcome there and wasn't appreciatedat all! Someone needs to teach them the value of customer service but a big chain like this, I doubt they care! Won't be goingin anymore. Read more
I don't know what it is about this place but something is off. I have never been to a Dunkin that asks you to pull into the... parking lot for a single coffee order as often as this place does. Waited 13 minutes from the time I payed at the window to thetime they brought my drink out. There was only 1 car ahead of me in the line and nobody behind me when I ordered. Either theirtraining is just so poor the employees don't know better, or they don't actually care to work somewhat hard or efficient. RUDE, MAD RUDE! I come here far too often to get my coffee for 7 yrs. And this past year by far has been the worst service yet.... I don?t like making reviews, but this had to be said. They need to get a whole new team that has far better respect for theircustomers and can handle the job better. Cuz this ain't it.
