I came to this location this morning and they denied me service because I have a card and no cash. They have never been so rude... before. Than after getting soaking wet because it's raining and the guy on the intercom isn't helping , pretty much told me toleave. I said I was willing to wait for my coffee and he than said again he can't serve me. I proceeded to say I have points onmy account for a free coffee and he said there's nothing he can do if the computers are down. They need better customer service.Especially if they have a line of cars going out to highway 2. Read more
Really friendly service! Drive-through only is a bummer, especially with just one lane / window. It can be a long wait (20+ min)... at peak times. Typical Caribou selection and pricing otherwise (expect $6-8 a person). Read more
The drive through was really slow and although there weren't too many cars in front of us, it took quite some time.
Coffee perfect. Nice way to start a road trip. The drive-thru worker was friendly polite, and clear.

Always friendly and I love that they normalize pronouns, they let their staff express themselves. I have had a few issues... ordering online where things were missing(example, whip) but the drinks were still delicious. Keep up the awesome work! Read more
