If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner is a miserable, crabby, rude human being. We hosted a baby shower in the back room.... We were promised the entire room, only to find out 2 days prior we only get half. The other side was shared with patron watchingthe football game, which was blaring over the speakers. The owner approached us with crossed arms or hands on his hips, eyerolls, and shrugs. Very rude. Then charged twice the actual amount due to the number of people, not the actual amount of food.Awful service. The manager and waitress were incredible!! A baby shower was booked weeks in advance here on a Sunday. Was told we could have the whole back room to accommodate our... guests. Never once explained how busy they are for football. Get there the day of and told only get half of the room and had todeal with loud tvs. The owner didn't care at all and was rude to everyone! Should have never gave the room to us. We could havegone somewhere else! The servers tried to help any way they could but the owner was awful! Will never set foot in there again!! Read more
It was very busy. Even so our waitress was prompt and continued to check on us even when we were sitting outside. I wish I had... gotten her name so she could receive the kudos she deserves. I was the with 2 of my BFFs for drinks and apps. Although it wasquite busy, it's wasn't so loud that we couldn't carry on a conversation. I haven't been here in years but I'm sure I'll beback. Was there on July 8th at 5:00 p.m. bartender ignored me, he actually helped other patrons before me. I waited for 10 minutes no... drink. Finally caught a waitress who seemed very clueless. Was able to order a drink finally. Service was very poor, in my mind. Read more
Ace's on 29th is a great neighborhood bar! The food is delicious and always hearty portions at a fair price! The bartenders and... servers are really friendly and make you feel right at home. There are really great food and drink specials every day, and theyserve breakfast until noon. There's a bunch of TVs in the bar area for sports, but they also have a few family dining areaswhich are a little quieter and more secluded from the bar action. They also have a great patio with umbrellas and a beautifulfire place. During the summer they have sand volleyball leagues that play in the back so it might look busy from the parking lotbut there's almost always a table available. Read more
Always a good experience. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip with chips and bread. SO GOOD. Half cheese half Hawaiian pizza.... Philly with fries and some hot wings. Their ranch is good too! Read more
Hash browns were so crisp! It was super busy when we were there and only 2 servers so the food took awhile. But that was not a... problem at all. Our server was amazing. He was super attentive and nice. Read more
