My boyfriend and I were really excited to eat out this week and chose one of my favorites. Red Robin, only to be incredibly... disappointed. The service was an absolute joke. We weren?t acknowledged when we walked in and after 10 minutes we had to flagdown a waitress to be seated. The restaurant was DISGUSTING. There was children handprints on the glass behind the booths, ourtable was sticky and there was food scraps in the booth. Don?t even get me STARTED on the bathrooms. Each stall had toilet paperthrown everywhere, unflushed toilets, and used tampons EVERYWHERE. The food was mediocre at best.The floors were sticky and thewaiter tried to rip us off of our dinner coupon. Will NOT be returning to this location. Big waste of money. Read more

This visit is actually better than the 1st time we came..[Tried to give them another chance ???????? ] Maybe it was a Wednesday?... Around 3pm. Wasn't busy at all. Maybe 2 small families and a couple of solo diners. Went for lunch, took out 4 children [toddlergirls/teen boys] The host was just staring at us, no greeting. No smile. Okay, next.. She didn't respond when the kids begantalking to her [Inquired about her name, crayons && admired her nails] My husband began to act as host by this point- makingsure we got menus and the crayons for the kids as well as eventually walking us to a table.. When I grabbed the chalk for thetoddlers the host looked at us as though we had just grew another head.. ???? FINALLY got to a table... And nobody ever cameback... I was impressed by the service in Red Robin. I saw a team work to fulfill customers demands! The manager was doing everything... and his power to help out. He was cleaning up tables, he was being a host, he was helping delivering drinks that example he wasgiving to the his team was admirable. Our waitress was so attentive to our table , to our needs and got everything right. Thefood was delicious as always but this time what stud out to me was the OUTSTANDING SERVICE we got. Omg... Thank u Victoria... Everything was great... My husband. Was happy with his meal... His burger and especially the. bacon..... cheesey fondu... My burger on point... Didnt care to much for the yukon chips... But the donuts with caramel sauce... Made mehappy... With endless rootbeer floats and Michaels rasberry lemonade u recommended... We will b back... Fully expecting that I?m giving this place a three or a two star but I have to be honest the place is really clean the service... is really good the burger was amazing and it wasn?t cooked to order I do like a rare burger but the price is pretty fair 15bucks for a burger and unlimited model fries.
