They need to fix their drive through. Too tight of a lane and rude customer service. Wouldnt serve me.
So sad when you encounter bad manners, jealousy, disrespect and trashy attitude at a young age. A kid taking orders at the drive... tru made a mistake (dark asian look kid). Instead of just fixing the order she kept excusing herself. She got bother and rolledher eyes. The other girl at the drive true (black sweet girl) was very sweet and well mannered and she kept with the order. Icalled her sweetie because I could b her mother. I could tell the other one was bother. She might not have anyone to tell hernice things..I feel sorry for her now but it is no excuse to be rude and imitate like an elementary misbehaved kid would do. Shehad to give me the last item in my order so she could call me sweetie ..trying to make fun of my display of appreciation to theother one. very sad. I told the supposedly manager about it but im not even sure he was the manager. he looked 16. very bad tolet people with this behavior work with customers. she should b cooking. Read more

This is particularly one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. My bf & I were hungry & I also really needed the restroom (we were... waiting for my sister to leave the MCR concert happening that night). The dining room hours are up till 10pm and it was 9:18pm,but the doors were already locked. We decided to go through the drive thru and find a gas station for me to go instead. They hadno "meat" (aka beef, because I guess to them chicken isn't meat..) they only had chicken. How can a Wendy's stay open late andnot even have a burger available ???? And the only type of frosty available was strawberry. This location needs some help. Read more
This location lies about their DoorDash systems being down in hopes customers will cancel and I?m assuming keeping the food for... themselves? Not sure why but any time I?ve ordered from there they lie about this and give drivers a difficult time. Don?t orderfrom here you will wait 1+ hours. Read more

For the past couple of visits they have not been making my order correct. For a fact I know the sandwiches I am getting should... have Lettuce,tomato,mayo,and onions. Recently all I been getting is a burger with pickles and ketchup and the cheese on theburger. The employee's in the back love to talk trash too very loudly and when dinning in it is pretty annoying. Went through the drive thru to grab something to eat. Got the $3 breakfast deal with sausage. It was old and the fries tasted... like eggs.???? Won't go back. The guy working the drive thru needs to find a job where his beautiful personality will shine.???? Read more
