Coworker suggested we try this place to break the monotony of places we keep going to. I ordered chicken in the ruff. First off... upon picking up my order the food looked well portioned and good. The fried rice had flavor and I really didn't need to drawnthis meal in sauce, although they gave 2 little packets of soy and duck sauce for 2 different meals?? Chicken was well cooked, Iwas not a fan of the cut though. I will be back so I'll ask for it to be cooked well. The skin was on the soggy side. Read more
We ordered 2 10 piece chicken wings and got 2 boxes of 5 in each and payed for 2 boxes of 10. The fries that we ordered with it... wasn?t seasoned at all! Some of them were wavy fries and some were straight so I don?t know if that was a mistake or not. Thenwe ordered king fish and got chicken. Unfortunately South Florida is not the place for good west indian food. Hibiscus is no exception. The Pepper Shrimp (Fried)... batter was rubbery and chewy, it looks like it was days old. The Chicken Fried Rice was not very good. The chicken was dry andover cooked, the rice was plain with frozen carrots and green peas, very little effort went into making this dish. Service wasslow, food took forever to come out and it was cold. Decor was old and cheesy looking, too much pink. The blacked out windowsmakes you feel like you are in a bad part of town. Read more
I called ahead and ordered 4 roti skins. When I picked it up the server told me he only had 3 which was ok, then when I got home... they had given me the buss up ones. NOT what I asked and paid for.???? Read more
