Went here to have lunch with my daughter after shopping. My daughter loved it here, the entire concept of the place and just... grabbing what you want was fascinating. Service was ok, alls they really do is bring you your drink and check, you do the restof the work. Well I got my check, crossed out the tip line (so I could tip in cash) filled out the total and signed the receipt.Here I am 4 days later going through my bank account and the waiter EDWIN manually changed the tip in the computer to $20!! Icould not believe it. So of coarse I went back there because I live right across the street and the owner told me that he made amistake. He pulled my ticket and saw where I filled everything out and then saw the charge in my bank account for an additional$20 and told me ?it?s really not that big of a deal, it?s $20? and handed me a 20. You know what the 20 wasn?t a big deal it wasthe point!!! I can only imagine how many other people they have done this too. Read more
