Absolutely delighted today with my experience here at Starbucks. I arrived at drive - in & placed my order for 4 croissants,... never realizing my credit card had been missing since I left my place. Just go to the one on commercial and university cause these people always get my order wrong or it comes out nasty. I asked for... a swiss and ham on baguette and received a ham and swiss croissant. I also ordered a crème mocha frap and made sure to tellthem no coffee since it was for my little brother. I received a mocha frap with coffee. I called and the manager asked if iwanted to pick up the correct order as if i had time and gas to waste. she said she would refund it but i don?t think she everdid. they need to get it together. This Starbucks needs to close. The young lady in there is so horrible at making drinks and has the nerve to have an attitude.... These baristas need to trained more efficiently. They are slow as hell the young man I. There is very fast and good those littlegirls need to go. I will never stop there again. Read more

THIS STARBUCKS HAS TO BE THE WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! They are so rude in the mornings 6am! They never have ice , no... coffee, no breakfast! They are always out of something! The employees don't seem to care! I got o Starbucks because of theircustomer service! This is a horrible location! Drive thru takes about 15 minutes. And omg handwritten notes everywhere in theirmenu board of what they don have!!! Ao unprofessional! And soooo UNFRIENDLY!!! Please fix this! I cant definitely go to anotherlocation but its so convenient to me, its on my way to school! They need a whole change of management, and employees! Just went to this location 8/31/22 9:48:55am at store 8301. Usually I go to the one on commercial blvd and university dr but... decided to give this one a try. HUGEEE MISTAKE! I went in expecting to see the hand menu the Starbucks at the commercial blvdhad for customers who aren?t familiar with popular drink names. I ask the lady at the register for it and sarcastically shepointed behind her I said no it?s a special drink menu she said uhh this the only one we have. I told her what I wanted andasked what?s your medium size she sarcastically said oh medium I speak English. I looked at her shocked at the way her customerservice was coming across as we all know Starbucks doesn?t use small medium large, they use venti grande and another one. So isaid well no you guy use another terminology she said well for my Spanish customers who aren?t familiar I let them use smallmedium large. It?s just the way she was approaching me her attitude her rude comments and facial expressions as I?m ordering thefood. I paid and asked the barista for her name she said Jackie ha then I found the store manager card come to find out Jackieis the store manager. Jackie needs much more customer service training and less attitude if she expect customers to return toher store. The district manager should definitely do something about Jackie?s attitude all other employees were sweet and niceexpect her rude self. This store should get training from commercial and university store they are full blown busy all the timeand still manager to be supppperrr sweet and nice to customers. Read more

Just left this Starbucks on my way to work as I began to eat my sandwich BOOM there?s a balled up receipt inside of my bag that... contained my sandwich!!!! This is the most disgusting thing I?ve ever seen at a STARBUCKS. I called the manager and was told shewas making the food so she don?t know how it got in there. Well I went in the drive through so I obviously didn?t put it therethe receipt is timed at 7:37am I was there about 8:50am. Wants to remake me a sandwich NOPE I?ll definitely pass and NEVER comeback again !!! Read more

Three very young women were manning the store at 8pm. I went in to pick up my mobile order and when one of them couldn?t find it... she asked me if I?m sure I ordered it at their store. She said the item I ordered was not available which was surprisingbecause the app will not let you order something that is not available. The young lady was very rude and unhelpful. She seemedvery reluctant to warm up the bagel I ordered. One of them was mopping the floor around customers feet. Read more
