Woman manager on Friday evenings is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She will lose business for this place... because they just lost mine because of her rudeness because her kitchen constantly gets my order wrong and they have an attitudewhen I ask for it to be fixed. Read more
I ordered a pan pizza for my kid went inside to pay and while waiting I noticed two employees making the pizzas one with gloves... and one without gloves. So I said something to two of the guys that where taking the orders and they looked back and saw her, soI wondered why they never said anything to her so she comes to register and that's when i noticed she's the manager that's whyno one said anything so I watched her take a order on the phone use the register go to the pizza station pick up toppings withno gloves and back to the register, I watched this go on for 10 minutes so when I said something to her she had the nerve to saythat my eyes did not see her doing that . I ordered 2 large pizza which was supposed to come with a free 2 liter but they delivered 2 mediums and I had to pay for drink... when I called the corporate office they had a manager named like Lonnie call me back she was very rude and disrespectful I havea $15 credit to which I was overcharged on an order that they refuse to let me use ALL AROUND NAD SERVICE Read more

I called in to order a personal pan cheese pizza. When I arrived and paid I noticed that the pizza was pepperoni and not cheese.... The guy at the counter who claimed to be the manager tells me that it?s not his problem and that I ordered it like that. He saidthat he would remake but would take 20 mins, which I thought was kind of long for a personal pan. I told him that I couldn?twait. He rudely then said we?ll you can have a refund and leave. Then goes to the register does the refund and said have a niceday. This would definitely be considered poor customer service and a reason not to return. There are a lot of good hardworkingpeople that need jobs and will treat your customers with respect and dignity. Only option online is curbside pickup.. So it tells you your order is ready you get to the store and sit in the parking alot..... no other cars around... just you right in front of the store looking in and the people in side aren't busy.. ones folding boxesthe other look like she's drawing pictures in a note book.. so you just sit there. 5mins...10mins... 15mins... 20mins.. so youget out of the car and go inside and say your name and your pizzas been sitting in the rack for 20mins... no one comes out toyour car... it's a joke. 2nd time this has happed to me at this location. and i can tell you it will be the last.
