The delivery timing was never updated. We received notification that the order was out for delivery AFTER we received the food.... We ordered a medium and a large pizza. The large was placed on top of the medium which caused the cheese and toppings on themedium to remain stuck on the box. The pizzas were not cooked thoroughly. All in all the worst experience I have had in a pizzahut. Very disappointing. Read more
As always, consistent with the quality one can expect from Pizza Hut. It's the best pizza under one roof because you'll never... get your delivery. It'll remain at the location you ordered from indefinitely. Consistency is key and PH always delivers... bynot delivering. Congrats on another job not done. Read more
I called several times to place my order and the young lady couldn?t speak no English. She asked me the same question over four... times. I was not happy with the customer service over all at this location. I went into the store thinking I could get betterservice and to no avail. I was not able to get the price that was advertised on the site in the store. The young man at thecounter said I had to download the app etc. to receive that deal. However, upon receiving my pizza that was suppose to have anextra topping, lacked cheese over the actual pizza. Read more
The pizza was very good but our bread sticks and marinara sauce were cold.
The location has been inconsistent. Our 3 topping pizza once again had pieces with almost no toppings, such as one olive slice... or one onion slice. Not the first time we have had issues like this here. Staff is good and service is good, but we continue tofeel ripped off by almost no toppings. We likely wont order again here, event though we've been steady customers. Too bad aswhen its good its good, but we never know. Read more
Worst experience ever !!! Ordered pizza for pickup. Arrived on time. Store locked. Knocked on door, lady opened said my... pizza was ready yet wouldn't let me take it. Asked me to wait 5 minutes. Wait 15... then knocked on door again. She hid in theback and never came out. So I left. Tip - do not pay in advance for carryout. You might not get your pizza or your moneyback. Called the store afterward, person said I'd get 20% off if I came back (sorry my meal break was over). FYI... 20% = $3. Not worth the gas to drive back. So much for excellent customer service as they ADVERTISE. More like they could care less. Read more
