The WORST?.dropped my order off at the wrong address TWICE.if I could give this store 0 stars for service i would.Katrina the... manager was so rude.told a pregnant woman to drive to the store to get my refund back & I paid with a card.I will never orderfrom here again.definitely called cooperate and filed a complaint on these CLOWNS. Pizza is great! But, they do not listen when ordering. I am not a cheese lover, (that's me), so i order very light cheese. Pie... is loaded with cheese. Customers should be a priority. Horrible service!!! Decided to order some pizza for my family everyone hated it!!! Kids said it tasted disgusting ????!! Wings... were cold I spent 85 dollars and called to speak to a manager he did not get on the phone left another employee to do his dirtywork they refused to refund me!! Never again rude staff !! Finally able to speak to the so called manager he was beyond rude andrefused to refund me the weird thing is I called several papa johns to get feed back on there policy and they all said theywould do a on time refund!! Placed an order on 1/22/22 - pizza went out for delivery and was marked as delivered. (No pizza came). No phone call from... driver or store. Person answering the phone was condescending (I missed their name), and when I told them the address was wrong(avenue vs terrace) and no one could have delivered the pie, they said. ?Oh yeah, it?s back here at the store.? A quick phonecall could have fixed this. Worse yet, I had a 25% tip on the order. Will definitely avoid ordering delivery from thislocation again and stick to pick-up if absolutely necessary. We made our order at 2:45pm and the order came at 4:07pm....1hr 15min later...after calling to see what was happening with our... order....the guy at the store shared they were short staff and couldn?t even tell me an estimate on when we would have our orderdelivered even though it was done and ready to go. The pizza wasn?t cut properly and we almost didn?t get out soda if we didn?tsay it was missing when the lady delivered our pizza. She was nice! Wanted to note that. I get that things happen but Waitingthis long is ridiculous. :( especially if you?re paying for delivery. Our pizza took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get delivered. We called the store and the manager said he was down to one... driver so we were patient. I could tell that they had to throw the pizza back in the oven to heat it up because we had to recutthe slices and it was a bit toasted. The pizza was okay but exactly that... just okay. The driver forgot to give us our twoliter and I had to ask for it before they drove off. I'll give this location another chance in the future but my firstimpression is not good. Read more
Waited almost an hour and this is what was delivered to me! Called and was asked to send a pic of the pizza to the manager. All... she could do was offer to send me another one. Wasn?t interested in waiting another 45 min-1 hour for a replacement and askedfor a refund. She stated that she did not have the authority to do that and needed to reach out to her general manager which shedid. General manager responded back to her to give me a refund. The whole experience put a damper on my night for sure. Customerservice left much to be desired. I?ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning. Update: After contacting corporate I received acall back. The representative apologized profusely and said that this is not the way Papa John?s operates. Stated that Ishould?ve never been asked to send a picture of the pizza and an immediate refund and replacement pizza should have been offeredwithout a request on my part.
