Horrible service!!! Decided to order some pizza for my family everyone hated it!!! Kids said it tasted disgusting ????!! Wings... were cold I spent 85 dollars and called to speak to a manager he did not get on the phone left another employee to do his dirtywork they refused to refund me!! Never again rude staff !! Finally able to speak to the so called manager he was beyond rude andrefused to refund me the weird thing is I called several papa johns to get feed back on there policy and they all said theywould do a on time refund!! Waited almost an hour and this is what was delivered to me! Called and was asked to send a pic of the pizza to the manager. All... she could do was offer to send me another one. Wasn?t interested in waiting another 45 min-1 hour for a replacement and askedfor a refund. She stated that she did not have the authority to do that and needed to reach out to her general manager which shedid. General manager responded back to her to give me a refund. The whole experience put a damper on my night for sure. Customerservice left much to be desired. I?ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning. Update: After contacting corporate I received acall back. The representative apologized profusely and said that this is not the way Papa John?s operates. Stated that Ishould?ve never been asked to send a picture of the pizza and an immediate refund and replacement pizza should have been offeredwithout a request on my part.
