I placed a to go order and the sandwich was missing from my pick two order. So I received a soup with no sandwich and they mixed... up my half sandwich order with my husband's full sandwich. You charge a premium so the order should be right. Read more

Good food. Bad service at this location. Eating here is hard. Sunday, ordered two bagels toasted and 2 cups of coffee, all... coffee dispensers were empty, told girl about it and she came and took the dispenser out and never brought it back, bagels werenot toasted, no cream cheese, no butter, which I was asked at time of payment and paid extra for. Had to ask for bagels to betoasted again and get butter and cream cheese.Then everybody, including the cashier disappeared into the back office. Door wasopen and I could see them all on their cell phones. I called out to someone if I could please have some salt. Apparently it wasa big imposition on them and I got the " look". Never got coffee, we asked for refunds. We were there about 45 minutes. Does ittake that long fir coffee to brew? Needless to say, will NOT return. Read more
Overall this is a pretty good fast food chain. Food portions are measured and tend to be on the skimpy/small side, especially... for the price...but the taste is predictably good. Place is very clean and neat. Staff is friendly. If you are in a hurry youshould order online direct with the store...15 to 20 minutes ahead of when when you want your food. Parking during peak times(lunch) can be a bit of a hassle but you still find a spot to park. Coffee is kept fresh and if they run out...they will getone out for you quickly. The chipotle chicken sandwich is pretty tasty (as before...could use a more robust portion) and theirsoups (squash, etc.) are pretty good...price on these could be a bit lower especially on take out (again value for yourmoney). Clean DELISH food. New Asian Crunch Chicken Salad and Chicken Soup. Not your typical chain. These guys do food so right???? YUM!
Food was served fresh and hot. Very nice and friendly and helpful. Staff little too much horseradish on my sandwich but... nevertheless it was delicious only thing that I miss is the blood orange drink that they used to have. Read more
