This McDonald?s has to be the nastiest I?ve ever had. The fries suck. The sandwiches suck! The best thing is the smoothies.... Tonight there was someone there from another McDonald?s and he knew what I was speaking about. My fries literally are neverfresh and crispy but linky and oily. I always come home and air fry them . Idk if they are changing their oil on time or keepingit in oil too long. Not sure but they have the algorithm all wrong. Read more
The order is in most cases incorrect and 3 times i had to through out my coffee. A older jamaican lady at the window is very... polite and has excellent customer service. The Spanish manager is very unprofessional she's always gossiping and can be heardyelling at the older lady in front of customers like the lady is a dog I felt so bad for the lady. They use to be excellent notsure what happened. Management should be replaced and the people who are non managers promoted because they have better customer service and respect customers better. Once we ordered, service was quick and food was hot and tasty. Sat for 5 minutes at the drive thru waiting to place our order.... Not sure what the delay was, no one was ordering during the wait. Read more

Placed a mobile order, waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, get to window and they tell me they can?t find my order.... Manager comes to window and could careless, her lack of customer service was deplorable. The young lady who was working thewindow was extremely nice and helpful and couldn?t apologize enough. Maybe she should be the manager at least she has peopleskills. Read more

First off I go to this McDonald?s everyday Tracy & Noel are the best managers there hands down . On the other hand I?ve never... had a experience at this McDonald?s where a manager (Bianca) is very rude and disrespectful. I asked her about something on myorder and she disrespectfully says you need to pay for that and walks away with attitude. As a manger myself I don?t thinkthat?s how you are supposed to treat customers. She needs a reality check on how to be a manager period. Nice staff, newly renovated dining area, and sometimes fast service. Drive thru is usually packed and recently they've been only... using 1 window. Not sure if that's a staff issue. So service is slower. Read more
