I ordered via the drive thru and I seen all my items on the screen when I get to the windows to get my food one item wasn?t in... the bag. So when I advised the staff the manager tells me I need to go back and get in line or come in. I wasn?t charged for theitem but I ordered it. Why would I get in the line again. It?s not my Fault the staff didn?t hear me. But to say get back inline is beyond me. I?m not giving this location my business again. Read more
This McDonalds is the best kept secret in Broward County !!! Every time and I want to say it twice EVERY TIME ..... whenever I... go into this McDonalds we recieve above and beyond service...... I am from the Midwest and I have been here in Florida for 10years now. Florida is not known for hospitality... but ..but ..but .... this McDonalds is a rare GEM, I have purposely come atdifferent times to see if it's the same all the time.... they WIN ..HANDS DOWN ..... This place is still in 2020 when Covid start. They can?t do any regular online order as others McDonald in the area. They send... the drivers after the client order online to long waiting time with others clients just to order an another hour to wait becausethey don?t have the system to get delivery. If anybody read this just go to any other MD welling to work in US fast foodbusiness. Read more
I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles extra onions add bacon and no ice in my drink. I get my burger and it had no pickles no... onions and no bacon, I told the employee and he took the burger back. This time the burger comes back with pickles and normalonions as if it were a normal Big Mac. I asked him to fix it one last time as I had paid extra for the bacon. The last time myburger comes out it has pickles on it normal onions and bacon the kid hands me my drink and it?s a cup full of ice. Hands downthe worst staff ever. Incompetent. Unprofessional. Most horrible customer service. Ordered through the Mobile app and When I went to go pick up I ordered two guava and cream pies... but instead they gave me two Apple pies which I?m allergic to then proceeded to say they ran out and insisted I take the Applepies and instead and I asked for a refund and they lied and said I had to go through the app I went through the app and no phonenumber is listed. No dine in. Are we still in 2020?! Then I ordered Land, Air and Sea. Nobody knows how to sell that thing in here. Cannot make a... meal, even though is it on the TV. At drive thru I asked for a Qtr. pounder WITHOUT cheese. The receipt says NO cheese. I was asked to pull around to wait for it... presumably they were making it that way for me. Got home with a Qtr.
