The thin crust pepperoni pizza was good. Only thing I did not like is they took out the chairs. They need to put the chairs back... in cause you have to stand up to wait on your order or go outside till it's ready. Read more
The place is very dirty and old doesn't seem like they clean this place at all. Maybe sweep but no moping or cleaning walls is... done The place needs to be renovated . The complex that it's in is also not maintained or painted and is very dirty and it isshameful of the owners to keep it like this. Safety organization OSHA needs to go through this complex like it's no tomorrow. Ican see several violations just by walking around. Seriously, you don't believe me. Go take a look for yourself if you don'tunderstand what I'm talking about, I feel bad for you that means you're used to this kind of environment. The owners of theestablishment and building should clean and paint at least also the food that I got was not well made. It was not enough sauceand the pizza was slanted over to one side on both pizzas . It's sad. I've been eating Little Caesars since I was five. I wouldsay and I loved getting their pizza ever since, but since it is now valued to be a poor person's place, they don't seem to keepthe establishments up Little Caesars regional managers need to go through the establishment and make changes. Pizzas were great, but the employees don?t follow or use the system. I never got an email that they were ready. They also had no... ideas my pizzas were done and they sat there over 15 minutes and they never used the pizza portal. Update: I finally received anemail that they were ready 25 minutes after I picked them up! Read more
In general the parts are good in other locations and the service is not so long. In this location, there is always a lack of... qualified personnel to serve people and make food, a bad attitude towards customers and orders for a single pizza take more than40 minutes to be ready. There is no manager or manager in this place and the establishment is old, run down and dirty. thereare water leaks on the roof and people do not wash their hands when receiving money. They guy working by himself tonight around 8pm deserves a 5/5 for making a great pizza but the location gets a 1/5 for the long... wait due to the short staffing. The employee needs to be paid the salary of a full staff since he's technically working like itand had was really friendly. I was expecting the pizza to look like trash due to him having to rush so much to get through thelong line but he's clearly great at what he does! LC just needs to hire more people like him and pay them to stick around. Read more
I've ordered from here twice in the last month and both times were terrible. Last night, we ordered a combo deal, a large... pepperoni, side of crazy bread and 2L bottle of Pepsi via DoorDash. The 2L bottle was not included when we got the food. Thenwe started eating the pizza and the dough was RAW. Like RAW RAW. If it weren't for the melted cheese I'd have to question ifthey even cooked it! Three weeks ago, we ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pepperoni pizza. 1) The crust wasnt stuffed. 2) thecrust was NOT pretzel, and 3) they threw so much salt on the regular crust (to hide the fact that it wasnt a pizza crust) thatit made the pizza inedible. Wanted half cheese n roni n extra sauce. I think they just threw on pepperoni on a hot n ready n reheated it! it was dry burnt... and broke apart look old. It came out quick, less then 10min. Didnt have extra sauce like I requested . Read more
