I went to try them only because I got a coupon for a buy one get one deal. Long story short, the deal was limited to one of... their chicken combo which consists of what looks like little chicken strips scraps with a choice of one side, either rice orsalad. There was somebody in the kitchen questioning the cashier about the deal so there was some complications in issuing thereceipt. I also don't know for the life if me why a lot of this restaurants hire people who speak zero english or don't eventry. The food tasted ok but it did not sit well in my tummy plus I didn't feel welcomed at all in the restaurant. Maybe theyonly cater to Hispanics? Funny thing there was a Hispanic lady after me who cannot speak spanish struggling to communicate tothe non- English speaking cashier. Read more

Today I had the worst experience ever I asked for a whole roasted chicken and unfortunately the chicken was raw my boyfriend... went to claim that to one of the ladies and she said it?s not raw that is the color of the chicken but as my boyfriend and I arecooks we work in a restaurant we know perfectly the temperatures of the meat so he went for the second time because the secondhalf they gave us was the same and they cooked for more time but I couldn?t eat no more it was very disgusting I attached thepictures so you can make your own conclusion and you can see what I?m about talking about I just want to warn people because Idon?t take this kind of things lightly salmonella is a very dangerous bacteria than cause many illnesses Read more

The food is not that good to say the least. The rice was hard (under cooked). Also, if you?re a ?pescatarian? don?t bother... getting the "Pescado Criollo" since it?s cooked and contains chicken skins in the criollo sauce.
