Last time I order from these people. I placed an order at 1:35pm. I called back at 3pm since I had still not received my order.... The receptionist (Natalie) said it would take them another 15-20 minutes for the order to arrive (didn?t even apologize). It wasas if it was a normal occurrence. The delivery guy finally came at 3:20pm but had the wrong order. He apologized and told methat he delivered my order to the previous customer but that he would go and get it from them and then deliver it to me. Icalled the restaurant to request a refund. The receptionist tried to prevent me from cancelling the order and said the driverwas on his way back with my order after picking it up from the store. When I told her that I did not want the food deliveredbecause it had been nearly two hours and that I was aware that the order was delivered to the previous customer, she said shecould not give me a refund because the manager was not in. She then said she would leave a note for him to get it when he comesin on Monday. Read more
My daughter was hungry and I was almost completely lost since my gps wasnt working. I just happened to pull up in a plaza where... I saw Enzo's. I knew it was going to be good when I saw the large amount of Italians dining in the restaurant. When I saw aplate of stuffed shells get delivered to a nearby table, I was like, "Oh yeah!" We just got two slices, and I'll tell you, theslices took my little girl and me straight back to NY. They needed a little bit more help with the wait staff, but Chris, ourserver, was the best! He was kind, polite, and got us our food early. I apologize for the bad photo, but we attacked the foodimmediately. We will def be back. Oh, and the prices were reasonable! Read more
I use to come here often until I noticed that service went down. Not only was the food taking a hit by inflation (the cheese... taste cheap and the meat gave my family food poisoning twice). My son wanted to go one day for the pasta and I went in with ahalf eaten sandwich from firehouse, they told me us either we left or I had to stop eating my sub ( mfamily of a toddler, 9month baby and husband) I have never been so disrespected and treated rudely. It was delicious! We ordered a vegetarian Stromboli and the small special pizza. We were waited on by Jennifer, she was very... friendly and attentive. The small Stromboli was very big and so delicious! They are generous with the portions of ingredients onthe dishes. The crust is was one of the best I?ve tried, crispy and tender. The pizza is amazing?. Check this out that I got tonight! And if you like spinach, the sautéed spinach they make is beyond... excellent! I always get two orders of the spinach. I also love the linguine and white clam sauce.. i love this place. Great food! Read more
After a visit at Cleveland clinic we felt like Italian food and this was the highest rated and very easy access to 75. The food... was extraordinary, the owner, the chef and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly and the food sizes are enormous!We went at lunch and their lunch menu is a great deal. Will definitely go again and next time we visit the Cleveland Clinic oranywhere in that area. A hidden gem. Read more
Pizza is great. Unfortunately the staff not so much. Pretty sure the manager or owner was the rude one. Called the place `fine... dining' . I just wanted a fast slice so I could go on with my life. I specifically asked for it to not be heated so ot could befaster. The gentleman got offended because I asked if I could have it now. I asked politely and was laughed at. I guess I needto re evaluate my concept of "fine dining" (plastic cups and plates are fine dining now, I guess), and I'll have to look foranother pizza place. Sad. Edit: the business responded to my review with the same attitude as in store, and then proceeded todelete the comment. If you read this, read the other reviews, and especially the owner's replies.
