Was an avid customer at this location but because they lack customer service and sometimes being a little Courteous . I?ve... decided to take my money somewhere else. Dunkin? franchise owners should be held to a different standard. And unfortunatelytheir lack of empathy even if it?s to fix a cup of coffee that costs cents You?ve lost a customer that spend $8-$10 a day fivedays a week all because you teach you can?t teach your employees to learn how to deal with customers.
