The place has not been cleaned in a long time. The floor needs to be mopped. There are holes in the walls not counting. Absolutely terrible. Store closed walk-in area early; 7:11pm on Monday Aug. 29. I placed a mobile order for an ice coffee only... to be told very rudely that they don?t have any ice coffee. Go figure! So you close early, don?t have coffee, fail to updateavailability of the product and to top it off you?re rude. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin by Sawgrass. Read more

This is our go-to Dunkin'; there are several in our area but we picked this location as they know how to make our order... correctly. We are disappointed today due to hygiene concerns. The cashier/front counter person has long fake nails adhered byband-aids, multiple bracelets on his wrist, multiple dangling necklaces and he is wearing multiple rings on his fingers on eachhand. It's simply not a professional "look" for any company that serves food. Hairnets are not worn by anyone either. We preferpeople handling our food to follow Servsafe standards. THE WORST Dunkin Ever. Who hires these people. Rude, and the orders are packaged and thrown together, coffee is the worst made... also. Each time I go I want to love this place because it?s on the way to work, but each time I go never fails, bad experiencewith service and my orders. Rude workers, especially in the drive through. Never going back to this location again and Iwouldn?t recommend anyone else to go here either. Management is to blame too because they are just as rude, and the fact thatyou would hire people who clearly have no customer service or zeal at all to be working in a space where you deal with peopleall day. Visited this location a few days ago. I?m had just flown home and wanted something light for dinner. We drive to this location... because it?s close to home, I wanted a wake up wrap a pumpkin spice latte and a pumpkin donut. Well, tell me how this locationproceeds to tell us that they only have hot coffee? No donuts???? And this was about 10 pm.
