My family and come here everyday for breakfast, 1/2 the times they're out of English muffins and large ice coffee/tea cups. So... what are you suppose to do when you're hungry you order something else, we also ordered bacon egg and cheese wraps and they putthe tiniest piece of possible other times we'll go mid afternoon and they claim they are out of ice tea, and when you ask howthey could be out so early, they get rude and state well the morning shift should've made some before they left. My family and I have been going here for years, but lately this place isn't the same IT'S GOING TO HECK IN A HEN BASKET. The... staff are getting RUDER and LAZIER. I went today to get breakfast after my husband told me to go somewhere else, but I didn'tlisten I ordered 3-drinks and breakfast, the worker at the window gave me a hard time telling me it's easier for her to use atray after I told her I didn't want 1. 9/5/22. Woman took my order in drive thru using a Square Device to take my payment. This was the ONLY place I used my card in... 5 days. I checked my bank account and now have 3 FRAUDULENT charges from Square totaling more than $170. Something suspiciousis going on at this location. Corporate and LE will be notified. Read more
This is literally the worst Dunkin' I have been to in my life. I just can't comprehend how the service can be so bad. They take... forever for simple orders, and many times they never get my order right and I have to tell them they forgot something from myorder. I wish i could give less star but i cant, its a very good location but the service is so bad, the manager was half asleep in our... order and messed up 3 times, we make business near them and I go there every day but i would rather go do another dunkin. iordered 2 bagels and they were cold and they didn't even give me the multi-grain one. they did not even have a large ice latteanymore so we had to get medium. this is the worst dunkin in history. we even ordered online and when we came in it still wasn'tdone. Been to this sunrise Dunkin Donuts several times. The last two times, starting the beginning of August 2022 has been awful. ... Not only were the doors locked, with no sign on the front door or windows stating that they were closed to dine-in. They wereonly providing drive through, with 3 employees inside. They are supposed to be open to 8PM. Through the door only, they madean attempt of explaining that they were closed. We asked where is the sign was to explain that? Just went through drive through where an employee wouldn't honor a valid coupon I had for free iced coffee. Her exact words were... systems down and I would have to pay rudely said without even a sorry. I've never been anywhere that a coupon not ringing upcorrectly couldn't be fixed manually. Read more
