I'm here everyday for my coffee and my little breakfast bites. Emily and her staff are amazing. They're very helpful and they'll... do everything they can to assist you. Some people don't like that it takes a little bit when they come in and order, but theydon't realize how busy this store actually is. I know they receive a lot of online orders and drive-through orders as well asthe people that are inside the store. They do the very best that they can under the conditions that they work in. When I went, I ordered a very simple sandwich. My girlfriend also ordered a drink and some good. The entire time my girlfriend... was ordering (after every part of her order) the human behind the counter asks very curtly, is that all, is that all, is thatall? No issues here yet, it?s busy and we had to walk inside to order because the drive thru was crazy. My order ends up messedup, they won?t pick up (probably because it?s busy) so I had to travel back from my house to attempt to get a refund. Theyalmost wouldn?t refund my entire order because I didn?t bring the other bits of food with me, so I was forced to explain that mydrink is at home getting hot and my food is at home getting cold so my entire meal is ruined. At this point, the personassisting me with the refund throws my food into the garbage with vigor, and then walks away to do the refund away from where Iwas, without inviting me to follow along. All in all, I understand if it?s busy that mistakes can be made, but if a mistake ismade and my order is only $15 bucks, just refund it the first time I ask for a refund instead of playing games with me. Her name is Musa and she always provides exceptional service to me when I go. She always goes above and beyond.Even when they are extremely busy on the weekends and she is there, I?ve never had issues picking up my order or ordering in themorning. She is a great asset to this Dunkin and is one of the main reasons I continue to come to this Dunkin. Today, I went toDunkin and ordered my usual. I get into Dunkin and she advised me that every Monday when you order online for pick up you getyour money back on the app. She gave me my refund and told me this is the Monday special right now!
