I ordered pizza for my daughter's basketball team. The school is telling me no one delivered it. The store supervisor Brian is... telling me that they delivered it. The instructions were to leave the pizza on the table at the office. As per Brian sinceCovid, Dominoes doesn't have the label information on the boxes. The green peppers typing was missing and when I mentioned it the solution offered was to just give it to me in the side. The... purpose of putting toppings on the pizza is so they cook with it and add flavor not uncooked like a salad. ???? Read more
This store is great. I love the people who work here. The delivery drivers are great, the employees in the store always smile... and are so nice, and they have great tastes in music. 10/10 would recommend. Yes, it?s just dominos but this dominos is elite. Read more

I have been ordering from here for over a year and order from them regularly. I always place my order through by phone Because I... have special instructions for my pizza. I like to ask for ?double? cheese, and they have always been friendly and have never hadan issue telling the pizza maker to put in a little extra cheese on my pizza. Well, this time, a gentleman named, Brandondecided to be the pizza police and told me they don?t do ?double cheese? anymore. He also asked why I didn?t order through thecall center. You can always tell when a person has an attitude that doesn?t want to go the extra mile, and that?s exactly theattitude this man had. I begged but he didn?t budge. I ended up not ordering and because of this man, dominoes just lost a veryfaithful customer. When I explained that they always just put extra cheese on my pizza when I call, he told me, ?they justprobably tell you they put extra and they really don?t? and I responded that it?s not true because when I get my pizza deliveredmy pizza always has the extra cheese promised. This guy just wants to put his bad attitude and bad energy out there. Sodisappointed. Needs to be trained on customer services before dominoes looses even more customers. Very bad job, Brandon. Make sure you own your own pizza cutter before ordering delivery here, you are gonna need it. Multiple times telling management... my pizzas aren't cut all the way when getting them and its still the same thing every time i order. edit: dropped to one starsince my pizzas continue to come like this.
