I came to visit from other state, I saw churromania and I was very excited to taste the churros. However, the lady in the... counter working at 8:35 pm on Monday, august 15th was very rude. She was not very happy with her work conditions and she wascomplaining she did not have help. I bough the churros because I was already in line for 10 minutes and my toddler was desperatefor her treat, otherwise I would just have left. I would just try another location. Read more

First of all, what a terrible experience at this place. I got there at 8:10 and the customer service ALL of the employees where... giving was terrible. The cashier was making bad faces to other customers and they were saying the store was closed already, whenit was around 8:30. They were kicking other customers out when they were just finishing eating. One of the employees approachedthe customers and told me in an extremely rude manner that they needed to leave the store because they needed to clean and Itotally understand they have to close but it?s not even 9 and you?re kicking all customers out and refusing service. Food was good, no problemo there. My problem was through the ordering process. I ordered two Tequenos and 8 sugared churros.... Instead I got 4 Tequenos and no churros. When trying to figure out what had happened, and how to fix it. Neither were able tohelp due to a language barrier. I understand that these things happen and that it's common I don't mind that. What I do mind iswhen I order and have it repeated back to me and it's correct that he rings me up for the wrong things and I end up having topay twice for an order that I assumed was correct the first time. I usually don?t bother writing reviews but this place is horrible .. I went today which wasn?t even busy.. and I placed my... order?. Which was given to me cold, and with hardly any of the toppings that I asked for ? like there was nothing compare tosome photos people have posted in these reviews?. and on top of that I was charge more that should had been?. I didn?t evengiven a receipt to see how much I was being charge?.
