Griot uncooked, plantains not cooked, pikliz tasted like water. Salmon super salty we ended throwing both plates iut because... none of us could eat it. It is a shame how you can?t even trust your own people to cook your culture food on a day that you areunable to. Whoever makes those food im sure are just learning theres no way an experience person would serve such salty andunflavored food, not edibles.
