It's crazy how such a prime location of a burger King still manages to due business. Every time I try to order, their tends to... always be some sort of issue. The manager is the same one who just seems to hate her life and her job. First time I went to tryand use the rewards. She says they can't use it as their computers don't register. Then I say okay can I order fries. Theysomeone how ran out of fries. And this list keeps going on and on. Why is their always an issues at a faculty that can't supplysimple ingredients or foods when they should be prepared for the 1000's of people that cross this restaurant daily. Read more
Very rude staff with exceptional poor service. Asked the staff about a 6$ menu, which literally is on every current BK... commercial, and looked at me like i was stupid. A screen were turned off while we were ordering, and straight after we were doneeating the screen came on, and it showed the offer.. Read more
This was horrible, a while back I went to this exact Burger King and ate chicken fries. The next day I was sick and had a fever,... and today the staff was horrible, rude, and impatient. My friend went to find some seats so I ordered for him, and when he cameback we wanted to change his order, and the lady was super rude and told us to move to the next lane. My family and I had the worst customer service experience. The staff were rude, insulting and argumentative. They should NOT be... working with the public. I have my food handlers certificate and if I were accessing them, they would fail. Read more

If I could 0 stars I would. Horrible service, staff was so rude. One of the works had Airpods in and the manager didn't do... anything about it. They did not take my order properly and I made sure I spoke clearly for them to hear. As someone who works infast food I was appalled at how the customers were not the top priority at this store. Nobody was wearing a uniform. Jeans and agraphic tee was the uniform in this store. The manager was the only one in a uniform. One of the people working at this storehad long nails which is very unhygienic with food and by the time i got to it down to eat it my burger was missing because myorder wasn't checked before it was handed out. The meat on my burger was burnt and it was cold when I did get it but I didn'tcomplain because I was too tired of dealing with the staff at that point.
