We ordered 3 items: 2 wet style Fog head burritos (one chicken, one steak). And an order of chips and guac. note to those who... want wet style: the give you chips and guac on your plate , so ordering a side of chips and guac is not needed. The burritoswere HUGE. They tasted alright, but super heavy. Definitely a food coma amount. The bbq sauce inside the burritos was a littlebit sweet. It's nice they give so much guac. The enchilada sauce very accurately tastes like the Las Palmas canned enchiladasauce (the ones in the yellow cans). We had to sit by the door because the restaurant smelled like burnt toast and was prettysmokey. My opinion is that if you want a burrito and are close to this unamas. Drive an extra 1 minute to go to ChavezSupermarket. Better burritos. Read more
A terrible lunch and an absolutely horrible experience. We visit Una Mas 12-15 times annually and generally enjoy the food, the... staff and the environment (especially the El Camino Real, Santa Clara store). This was our first (and last) visit to thislocation. Everything was wrong. The food was truly unedible; meats overcooked and dried out, rice must have been cooked lastweek, beans cold, they poured stale Parmesan cheese on the salad (why is Parmesan even in a Mexican restaurant?), even the chips tasted bad! The staff was totally disengaged, barely recognized our existence as they were too busy chatting with eachother and were basically not willing to speak English (not knowing I understood every Spanish word they uttered). The gal at theregister was mopping the filthy kitchen floor just before grabbing our food to ring it up without stopping to wash her hands.Then she overcharged me twice; just sloppiness, nothing malicious. Not only was the store dirty, but a toilet in the women'sroom was broken and the door was intentionally propped open flooding the store with horrendous septic and cleaning materialsodors. A quiet place with great food for a quick, satisfying lunch. Very filling portions, with great vegan options as well. I almost... always go for the tofu burrito bowl with roasted veggies. Plus they always have live sport telecasts going on; I caught somecrucial minutes of the Croatia vs England football world cup semifinal here!Definitely recommend this place. Read more
As a first time customer my first impressions are positive . The place is clean and welcoming, food selection is extensive and... portions are big for reasonable price. California burrito that I tried was good. Also enjoyed watching soccer game on multipleTV's while having lunch. Will be back when ever in the area. Read more
It's a nice place to have a snack. Mostly tastes like Chipotle. I have tried 4-5 food items here and all were really good. The... staff is really helpful and they start a light humorous conversation. Burrito and tacos are really good here but again if youhad Chipotle ever before you will feel like the same. They have good sauces and give chips free with food which you do not getin Chipotle so that is a plus. I would recommend stopping by here if you want light and tasty snack. It's really close to GoogleOffice in Sunnyvale also. Read more
