The best buffalo chicken pizza we?ve had in the bay! We also tried the tandoori pizza and the chicken had a lot of flavor and... lots of nice Indian spices. The crust was fluffy soft and flavorful, even better than old school pizza hut when their pizzaswere still good. The white garlic sauce on both pizzas was amazing, creamy and delicious! Now this is a pizza place! The dough, the toppings, the seasonings, marination of topping meat and price point is bang on. This... place definitely is on a different level compared to other hyped pizza places in the area. We went here for a post lunch meal.The order consisted of 1 medium Chicken Tikka with traditional crust and 1 medium Malai Chicken with thin crust. Both haddistinct flavors. The pieces of chicken were very generous on both. We could clearly make out the chicken was indeed in thetandoor before making it's way on the pizza and the malai chicken had been well marinated too as it was soft and tasted reallygood. The accompanied veggie toppings were fresh and crisp. We really feasted our eyes before digging in. For once the actualpizza looked the way it is advertised on the menu. Perfect! The crusts on both tasted great and we did not even think twicebefore munching on the edges. It just felt like a continuation of pizza rather than sticking out. The spice level on the pizzacannot be customized. They do have all different options on the menu though. If you are going here please try out their nimbupani. It tastes home made and you can taste the organic Indian sugar not the granulated one.You do have to buy water here. I'dsuggest a couple of nimbu pani orders instead. Ambience: Big open space. There are tables for parties of 2,4 and maybe a largeone of like 15. Kitchen looks neat clean and organized. Process: Lookup menu, order and pay at the counter. Food is brought toyour table (not sure if this holds during rush hours) Quantity: Generous Parking: Limited street parking right in front of theestablishment. Overall great tasting Desi pizza. Good relaxed ambience. Cordial staff. We had curry veggie pizza. It was a bit spicy for us but... we could handle and enjoy it. The reason I gave only 4 stars is due to salt level. It?s was too salty for a pizza for sure.Definitely scope of improvement here since the base was more salty than it should be.
