I'll tell you this I will never come here again. The worse taco bell I've ever been in. They didn't call my name for my order... and then they proceeded to act like they didn't want to make my order. You can order from the 3 or 4 large touch screens that are offered if they are busy or wait patiently for a clerk. Make sure you... double check your bags for everything, napkins and sauce packets included, as it may have been missed especially ordering fromthe touch screens. Read more
Worst taco bell I?ve ever been to. Two items on my order, both not done correctly. They didn?t take the time to cut the... quesadilla and forgot entirely to put the hard shell in a crunch wrap supreme. I guess I have to keep my standard low, it?s TacoBell after all. Read more
I used the Taco Bell app. Everything went bad. They didn't honor my reward on the first order, then I placed another order with... the app. I was in the Taco Bell restaurant at the time, I had just placed an order at that same Taco Bell, and that location isthe only Taco Bell location saved to my profile. However, the app sent my order to another restaurant 6 miles away. I tried toget help from the staff at both locations, but they were rude to me and refused to help. Read more
They make you to order from the computer screen and it's just missing that overall human interaction. The food is pretty much... as all others exceptional. But the customer service here is unpleasant, lacking and needs attention. There was no mango teaalso. Read more
They wouldn?t give me an extra straw or an extra plastic fork. I told them I would pay for it, but they gave me excuses.
