Came in to ask if I may use their restroom. Without any real explanation they redirected me to Lucky's / gas station. They have... 2 locked restrooms in their location. No signs of being out of order. Worker here did not confirmed if it was out of order. Iexplained that I really have to go and if it's a matter of needing to be a customer I will buy a drink. She simply just saidand repeated herself "sorry we don't have any restroom available. You can go to Lucky's or gas station". The worst Starbuckscustomer service I've ever had. Read more

Not the best I have ever been. No tables, a little slow and not many options. Staff seemed nice but if you are thinking of... sitting while having your coffee, good luck with that thought! Read more

5 stars for the employees! They are always working rushes understaffed and I understand why it can be a wait for even a small... order. Apparently, some don't though. I overheard some customers speaking quite rudely to one of the baristas about the wait andcommenting that she had bad customer service. She was clearly running around helping other employees and was helping anothercustomer change her order. First of all, if you're so upset about waiting, sitting there to complain once she can take yourorder is holding the rest of us up even more, how annoying and inconsiderate. Secondly, they are visibly struggling due to thevolume of orders coming in as the poor kids never have enough hands on deck during busy hours. Complaining to the barista aboutthe wait isn't going to do squat. Take the problem up with management and take it up properly because there is clearly some sortof management problem if they are almost always shorthanded. Hope they sort this problem out soon. After waiting 35 minutes (order 12:13 & picked up @ 12:49) for my mobile order, a nice lady asks for my name because she sees me... keep checking for my frap as everyone who ordered after me come and go? to find out my order was pushed a side by the newbarista!! It?s ok it happens but please don?t roll your eyes and use unnecessary slur. Even with loud music I heard the cheapshot. Just saying, not appropriate at all. Read more
