The restaurant was not busy at all. We went on a Tuesday eccentric at about 630. The service was terribly slow. From placing... our drink order to placing our dinner order... The menu says to ask about the seafood specials, which I did and was told thereare none. Ok.. no big deal. I was in the mood for seafood so I was looking at the steamed clams and the Chiopino..... then agood there were no clams. I ordered a linguini dish. The food was good. We never got drink refills during our dinner. Thewaiter cleared away our plates. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes to even get the check. Honestly, while the food wasgood, I probably won't be back. There are other great Italian restaurants in the area that have much better service andequally good food. Read more

It took me 25 years to finally go to Pezzella's and it was my loss to not go sooner. Sampled the cheese pizza, Meat Ball... sandwich, and the Chicken Parmigiana sandwich (off-menu). All were delicious, including their tater-tots. The marinara on thesandwich was tasty without being too salty, the roll had a good balance of crustiness and softness. The cheese on the cheesepizza had a wonderful smokiness to it; maybe a touch of Provolone? Next time, we'll order pizza as a main course and I'll postnotes on that. Tasty food, but horrible delivery service. I had to wait an hour for the delivery service, "Slice" to arrive to find that they... did not check any of the items and only delivered half the order. I then had to call the restaurant, re-order the missing itemsand go and pick them up myself. Finally ate my microwaved food an hour and a half after placing the order. An incomplete fooddelivery is worse than no delivery at all. Read more

We had the bruschetta for appetizers and they were good. For main course we had manicotti and a vegetarian pizza both of them... were nice but the pizza was outstanding, its base was fresh and the toppings were perfect (we enjoyed it the most). However thedessert was disappointing, we had cannoli but it had a weird smell in the cream as if it had been taken out of a can which wasclosed for a long time. It was just weird. So that kind of spoilt our taste buds towards the end. But the other dishes weregood, maybe skip the cannoli and order something else if you plan to visit. Read more

Depending on what you get, portions can be a bit small. My pasta was quite small (20 pieces, no meat, 20$), and required quite a... bit of extra salt pepper and cheese to get a taste. Cheese was also of the cheap variety, in a shaker bottle and not fresh.Service and parking was good however. Read more
