Amazing experience! You choose your meat by weight, they add some veggies to it. Your choice to get it cooked or cook it... yourself on the grill at your own table. You pick your meat at the entrance and decide if you'll grill it yourself, which is fun. Or they can cook it for you. The food... is great quality and we loved the rice. They have a large outdoor dining area, and a lot of atmosphere. It's right off 101 andMatilda. It's not cheap, but definitely worth a visit. Read more

We ate at Mangal Turkish BBQ tonight in Sunnyvale and it was delicious! We ordered a ton of different kinds of meat and my... favorite was the lamb kofte kabob. You have the option of sitting outside and grilling yourself or having it grilled for you. Wesat outside and grilled ourselves and it was really nice. The meat is sold by the pound but you can tell them how many actualpieces you want of everything. Would highly recommend going on a nice day, and I think big groups or people with kids wouldenjoy it. Amazing ambience and great food. We went to celebrate my recent promotion with some raki and had to make sure we tried as many... different dishes as we could stomach! Pretty good. liked the lamb chop and ground meat the most. My friend liked the shrimp and chicken thigh skewer. felt the lamb... and beef skewers were not bad but a bit dry for my taste. We both loved the free rice and bread. My friend especially loved therice. Beef liver appetizer was good but only get it if you know you like liver. Eggplant appetizer was also good. We asked themto cook the meat for us because we felt they'd do a better job for our first experience but you can also opt to cook it yourselflike at kbbq places. Read more
Good food but very over priced. Large space and has occasional dancers. Can self cook or have the restaurant cook it for you.... Not sure I'd return for food but will come back for turkish coffee.. paid about $70/person!!! And disappointing portions. Read more
