Decent food, but disappointed with the side portion size. We ordered three items - 1) Sambhar vada - didn't have enough sambhar... after the first vada 2) Masala rava dosa - didn't have enough chutney, had to ask for extra chutney twice and still had toadjust to stretch that for the dosa 3) Parotta korma - I was done with the korma with just the first Parotta, had to have thesecond one just like that, without any korma. While the food is pretty tasty, this stinginess with portions basically ruinedthe whole experience. Read more
Honestly, I don't know what I expected. They serve homely style of food, but does that have to mean less salt, less spice, and... pretty bland food. The food is excellent and they have good variety throughout the week. However, this is the 2nd time the food ordered through... doordash on Sunday isn't 32 ounces. I can understand if this occurs once, but this seems like a way to treat take out customerspoorly. Why do you have to advertise 32 ounces and then provide what seems like 25 ounces? Read more

This place has to be one of the best South-Indian restaurants in the Bay Area. We got the thali(meals), Masala Dose, Idly Vade... Sambhar and filter coffee. Every single item was amazing.
