2 stars only for service. Fried chicken was dry, drinks too perfume-y, and the jianbing just … didn’t taste good. Also had... issues with the self ordering system not connecting to the payment system, and this is the only reason they got 2 stars insteadof 1, after one of the employees fixed it, the manager(?) came by and stayed to make sure we got our order in. Come try their pork jian bing (a Chinese street food)! I pass by Murphy Street several times a week on my way to and from the... Sunnyvale Caltrain station. When I need a bite in the morning, or if I'm just hungry in the afternoon, I'll stop by K Tea. Theirjian bing are delicious and filling, and they deviate from traditional Chinese jian bing in the best ways. Ordering is alsosimple and service is friendly. I recommend the pork jian bing, even if you're usually a beef lover like me. For vegetarians, Ithink the classic is more worth it than the tofu. Read more

Always loved their ???jianbing), would suggest getting the pork or the vegetarian options, for some reason beef is kinda mehh to... me. Definitely get some chili sauce on the side, and the preserved mustard is a traditional pairing from Taiwan but could bejarring for those who never had it, so I would get some on the side and try it first. There's a very crunchy piece in themiddle, so it's best to eat it quickly or it'll get soggy and soft. Enjoy! Read more

I stopped by in Sunnyvale to grab a quick bite and decided to come to K Tea Cafe. I'm so glad I did! This was the first time I... tried Jianbing and instantly fell in love with it. I ordered it with bulgogi beef and it was packed with delicious flavors andunique textures. The wrapping is similar to a crepe while the fried wonton added a crunch as you took a bite. For $10 this wasalso very filling! Read more

Interesting place for serving street foods like Jianping Guozi - which is famous Chinese crispy donut crepe! It’s a very... famous street food in China that you would have a crepe made with scramble egg, crispy donuts, and all kinds spice sources. This place has been very creative to add dry pork, beef, or chicken, or tofu. So basically you make your own Jianbing! Read more

They're still at soft opening right now, but seem to know what they're doing already! :) I had the bulgogi jianbing and it was... tasty. Didn't have to wait long for it to be made either. The tea (genmaicha, light sweet) tastes good with plenty of teaflavor. The servers are super friendly, and told me they're continuing to add new menu items until the real open in April. Willdefinitely come back and try more things! Read more

My wife and I ran into this place looking for a place to relax and grab a quick bite. This place is likely out new spot on the... block. It has good tea, good food and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was really friendly as well. We ordered veggie Jiaeingwhich we will definitely be coming back for. It's like an egg crepe sandwich, and very tasty. We'd highly recommend coming by totry it. We also ordered a bento box no meat which they were super accommodating about. They didn't have a tofu option but cameby after asking if we wanted them to add tofu to it free of charge. We opted not to, but the fact that they asked was reallyconsiderate (it wasn't on their menu). We also got sweet potato fries. They were good albeit under seasoned (wasn't worthlosing a star though as they were crispy and tasty, and the rest of the food was amazing) We also got two of the teas, tropicalfruit and orange fruits. The staff was super considerate, explaining how they sweeten and giving good comparisons to be sure thetea was sweetened to our liking. Overall, our experience was great. Definitely coming back here again over the next few weeks. Read more
