I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived at the store, it seemed like the employees were working with their head down. I... was not acknowledged whatsoever and I even paid a 18% tip. I understand that businesses are dealing with being short handed andit?s even more difficult with business being more busier then normal, but to lack care and awareness of the customer isunexceptionable. Spacious but have not so many tables, quite a waste for such space. First impression, the place smells AMAZING. Scent of... delightful tea and flower made me go "I want that kind of tea right now!" They offer wide range of drinks with many interestingitems (salted cream & tiramisu cream?! Yes please!). We ordered (Large) Kumquat green tea w boba and (Medium) Black tea saltedcream w crystal boba; both with less sugar and 50% ice. KGT was ok, sour and can't really taste the tea, boba was good. The BTSCwas better, sure glad we ordered less sugar or else it'd have been too sweet, agar boba was great. Almost $10 for both. Overall,I enjoyed my experience with the store. I LOVE Happy Lemon! This particular location is at a corner of a major street so parking is very limited. But the moment you... walk in, it is super spacious and clean!
