So it says online they are open. I go in person, there are people inside but the door is locked with a CLOSED sign. A man walks... towards the door with a mask, dosent open the door and just walks away. I was so confused. I knock on the window and getignored. I call the number on their website and explained what's going on. She says online order only. I then asked If I canorder in person to go. She again says online only bye bye then hung up. Wow where is the customer service? Lol Okay i get it, Ihave to order online. But how about a sign on the door that clearly states that. And to the man who came to the door, how aboutslightly opening the door and saying "I apologize we are only taking online orders" it's basic customer service lol. I will notbe eating here. Read more

Usually I don't have much trouble getting delivery of Arroz Rojo, and the food is always pretty good! However, I've had a string... of unfortunate incidents in the last handful of weeks where the restaurant either cancels my order (with no response/explanationfrom Arroz or GrubHub) or delivers 1+ hr late (with a couple of rather unfortunate phone calls with Arroz where I wasnot-so-politely told basically "too bad"). I'll still try to stop by when I'm in the area, but please keep this in mind ifyou're ordering in! Read more
Apsolutly disgusting with practicaly not meat selections. The horchata was grainy and the beans were watery, and rice was a... little uncooked. Do not go here. Read more
