Update: 5 stars So, I had my niece swing through and get my favorite - a Jack's Munchie Meal with the spicy nacho chicken... sandwich. I cracked open the box and legit gasped. It was the most perfectly packed box! Showroom quality, IMO. It looked like aJack himself packed me a bento of love! Check out the photo! I had to snap it before disturbing it!! This was a delightfulsurprise. I expect it to be a bit jumbled but organized. It's fast food and it's a Saturday night, y'all. Most places are busy,and that the crew put this level of care into this on a Saturday night made my day. I will let management know that I know theyhave been running on a small crew, but that the crew they have is doing amazing and it is appreciated. Original 4 Star Review:I've rolled in a few times when they've been out of a lot of things due to supply chain issues, but the staff is always polite.They have lately has staffing shortages, but even then, the crew rolls with it. So. Many. Flies. Not great food. We all felt sick after eating, but it might've been the driving.
Pretty quick for lines of cars for late night food. Food was pretty good but the Mega munchies box for $20 is where it was at!

My dad had the worse experience at this place! He was waiting for someone to take his order. He was waiting for a good 10... minutes until he ask someone to help him out! According to him the general manager of this place was the one who spoke to my dadand the general manager had a nasty attitude towards my father! He yelled at him not only ones but twice! My dad asked forcorporates number and he refused to give it to him! I have worked for this company and I know 100% we cannot refuse to give thatnumber! This manager needs better training! Absolutely discussing since I know the company is not going to do anything about it!All they will do is apologize to my father and give him some stupid coupons that we get in the mail! Read more
Although I know the establishment has great food etc I was disappointed this time around due to the fact the drive-thru was the... only option to order etc & that particular day I happen to walk up there since it wasn't that far from my job etc I was rudelytold by one of the staff members it was drive-thru only & I didn't understand why they weren't open to physically go inside toorder and it was mid afternoon?. Anyhow despite that mishap in walking up there resulting in a waste of time, a rude staffmember, & overall no lunch purchase etc I'll take my business elsewhere for awhile. Read more
