We went last night and the hype is legit. The two-person crew, which appeared to include the owner, were working their tails off... to keep up with orders. We enjoyed a beer and Caesar salad with house-smoked chicken, since the wait on pizza was a while. Then,when ready, we dove into that meat lovers pizza. Yum!! Read more
I'm from New York and this place serves better pizza than most pizzeria's in my town. Alittle pricey but definitely worth it.
This is a hidden gem! The quality of the food was fantastic! ALL of the food is made from scratch?.the pizza crust, the sauce;... they even smoke their own meat! The service was also impeccable. Since coming to Sundance this past year, I have eaten at Cowgirl Pizza regularly. I would give them a 10 star rating if I... could. The pizza has a distinct taste that is phenomenal. The salads (especially the Caesar salads) are fresh and chocked withcrisp lettuce, lush tomatoes, really good meats. The staff go the extra mile in preparing and delivering hot fresh pizza. Theywork very hard to ensure the food is tasty and clean. On occasion, things get crazy at the hospital and we make orders to makesure the staff get something to eat. Cowgirl Pizza is right there with our orders fresh and hot. We are fortunate to haveCowgirl Pizza here in Sundance! Keep up the great work! Read more

Sadly i did not take a photo of the yummy pizzas we had but the ingredients were fresh, the staff was charming and pleasant,... while the atmosphere was great. We didn't use the laundromat which we thought was an interesting side! The kids talked us into adessert pizza for the road and was just as good the next morning for breakfast. As my husband and I were on our way back to Custer from Devil?s Tower, we were looking for some place to have lunch. We thought... Sundance would be a good place to stop and boy were we right! The pizza is incredible. They make their own dough, sauce andsmoked sausage. Plus the cheese blend is freshly shredded rather than using bagged shredded cheese. The pizza had great flavor.We also ordered an ?apple pie? pizza that not only looks beautiful but it tastes even better. The service could not have beenbetter. We were treated like old friends.
