I like Waffle House and would go here more often, including for takeout, but on the weekends its packed and while its supposed... to be first-come-first-served that's not true they go out of order based on the way customers look. Some people might as wellbe invisible to the staff there. Others just walk in front of everyone waiting and the staff still serves them while people whowere there longer continue to wait and wait and wait. For takeout, they don't take phone orders and you're going to have towait until everyone in the dining room is served meaning it will take as long to get takeout as just eat there. This placecould rock if they had some kind of manager or supervisor directing the processes. The wait staff is usually nice and they dohustle. Read more

This place is great. My on suggestion would be move to a bigger building. So many people not enough space. The food was AMAZING!... Our waitress was awesome. Read more
Food is always exactly what you expect if your going to waffle house. One of the wait staff was super annoying. Apparently she... felt the need to apologize at 97 decibels to everyone who entered that they were understaffed. She yelled at me because I satdown at the counter before she cleaned up ????. She was entertaining. Everything else was good. Even being understaffed theservice was still good. Read more
Place was freezing cold My cup had plastic slivers hanging off it and food partials stuck inside of glass. Waitress was playing... music from her phone for all to hear which consisted of cussing rap music. Costomer had a plate slide off there table andshattered on the ground which remained there for at least 20 min and when the costumer left asked the waitress for a broom toclean it up the waitress replied leave it there I?m not worried about it. There was nothing professional at this location andreally don?t think I?ll return to this location nor recommend it to anyone. Read more
Waffle house was excellent! There was great food, friendly service, (thanks Allison!) and a nice atmosphere!
Me and my friend go here just about every week and always have great and fast service. The food is always great. They do keep it... cold in there so I'd recommend wearing a windbreaker or a light jacket if dinning in. Read more
Your typical waffle house.... Though the food is good..... the atmosphere is just OK it's hit-and-miss on service... Not saying... it was anybody's fault there was just understaff like most places are today.... And a place can use a little more smiles........SO it's always a hit mess here.. .
